North Hills at Cress Creek
The Company
Home Hill Corporation was established to develop and manage the Cress Creek Residential
Golf Course Community. The goal of the community is to maintain the availability of a
high quality lifestyle for each owner.
Restrictive Covenants
To preserve the goals of the extensive master planning at Cress Creek, to protect values
within the community, and to maintain the natural beauty of the surroundings, certain
restrictions have been placed on the development at Cress Creek. A full set of Civenants
and Restrictions will be provided with your purchase agreement.
Unit Owners
The implementation of the protective covenants is under the direction of the North Hills
Unit Owners Association. The Association also monitors the physical development of North
Hills through the Architectural Review Committee. All homes, additions, landscaping, and
site work plans are reviewed by the committee to insure that the designs are consistent
with the traditions of quality and styling at Cress Creek and the historic Shepherdstown area.
In addition the Association provides many services for residents including maintenance of
roads, shoulders, storm drainage, and the lake; common grounds, landscaping, snow removal,
school bus shelters, entry and street lighting, and signage. The assessment for these
services is expected to be $600.00 per year.
Full landscape and yard maintenance service is available for lots and patio homes with
fairway frontage. The charges vary with yard and garden sizes.
